For new and existing teams. Become an effective working team through understanding each other, practicing team problem solving on exercises and on real work examples, and agreeing a future working style. Includes resolution of problems as brought to, or discovered on, the course.

If you are unsure as to which style of course would be best for you we can discuss with you the advantages of each. We can also make a recommendation based on your team and the situation that you have.

The course can range from:

A totally indoor event, but still with team activities amongst the discussion and theory
A mostly indoor course at a hotel, using their grounds for the occasional team exercise
A partly indoor and partly outdoor course - for this we would use a hotel and our outdoor centre, with exercises involving equipment followed by indoor reviews and discussion
